Celebrating Success:
A Brilliant year for me to begin with the positive attitude that makes me feel alive in every day life and makes me happier and more resilient, i remember the saying "Dream big and Aim high", this helps me be creative in my teaching- learning process with the opportunity given to me about being innovative through my design- methods of teaching, may it be about skills, knowledge, concept, attitudes or action, the result of which is visible from SA I to SA II, which is evidently from the academic part of it. The major challenge here is dealing with teenage behavior,which can be altered through positive reinforcement on their attitude and motivation.
Variety of spices added in my life, i begun with my teaching career from Advocate to Teacher, change was inevitable, the day i decided to come into teaching profession. I felt it was easy, a cup of tea for me, to just teach my subject and then back home. i was amaze to see the depth; the knowledge like a sea. Now, i feel i know only a drop of water and to reach the goals with nerves of steel and muscles of iron, very challenging and that's the spirit hidden in teaching profession.

Now, i understand school is not a place where you get to learn Einstein's theory of relativity. It is also a place of where you can think of going beyond the classroom and even connect to the world with sustainability in thought and globally connect yourself , having international mindedness. This makes my students to think about themselves,Society, Region, National and International and make them a global citizen.
The best part of me joining Akash , i found my new freedom to explore and enhance my teaching learning practices. i anticipated the teaching learning very different from the regular syllabus, it was not easy . later, i learnt to swim and gradually understood it, preparing my students for National Talent School Exams NTSE. this opened a new horizon of nation building process . It was not easy for me because my students come from varied background from Oakridge International, i got students from Maharshi Vidya Mandir, Delhi public school, KV, Hyderabad Public School, kenndy global school, Vikas, Vigan, Sangamitra,DAV etc.,well i learned a lot out of my experience and am still learning.Live your dreams king size , there is a saying and i am doing so .....
